This application helps us get to know you and identify the puppy that will be the best match for your home, lifestyle, and expectations. Please take the time to answer each question as thoroughly as possible.

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, we will send you an invoice for the reservation fee to secure your place on the waitlist for your selected litter.

I understand my reservation fee is only refundable if the breeder is unable to offer the preferred size, gender or colour puppy that is selected in this application

I acknowledge that the breeder has the final decision regarding puppy allocation. While every effort will be made to consider my preferences, I understand that allocation is based on the best match for each puppy and family, and a particular puppy cannot be guaranteed.

I agree to pay the remaining balance for my puppy in full before it reaches 7 weeks of age. If payment is not received by the due date, the breeder may offer my allocated puppy to another family on the waitlist and retain the reservation fee to cover administration costs

I agree to collect my puppy (if local) or accept delivery by flight when it reaches 8 weeks of age. I understand the breeder is unable to keep puppies beyond 8 weeks if my family's timing or arrangements are not suitable.

I acknowledge that I will be required to sign a SpaySecure Agreement and understand that my puppy must be desexed by 11 months of age in accordance with the agreement.

I agree that if I am unable to keep my dog at any stage of its life, I will contact the breeder before considering rehoming
